In Honda Element producer used such king of rim fastening: 48 mm. It’s impossible for 2003 Element to use other type of bolts. Better buy factory Honda fastening for 2004 Element.

Don’t purchase any other type of bolts but High Positive Offset. All fastening types for Honda cars in model Element is important to be efficient.
