Otherwise 440 made in 1996 won’t serve you long enough. For filling up the system you will use 7 liters of special Green coolant type. For sufficient use of Volvo 440 you need to use suitable antifreeze. Before choosing fluid note that engine code B18F and volume of 1.8 were installed to your car in 1991. Don’t underestimate the importance of Volvo’s 1.9 engine cooling system.
