Relieve the holder at back of Cooper head light module, all 1.6 engine cars are serviced like that. The needed cap type should be only D1S, otherwise MINI made in 2013 won’t take the bulb. The problems with fitting PK32d-2 base bulb in holder may appear with 2007 Cooper. Nevertheless, you might buy more efficient than 55 W lamps, but the voltage stays strictly at 12 V.
