In production of 2008 model year cars with engine code ECE the brand used high technology lamps. Especially lamps for Patriot with plus capacity and 12 V voltage may be broken soon. To save reflectors in Jeep’s headlight use only 60/55 W power agents in lamps. Actually, cars with 2.0 motors produced by Jeep sometimes need bulb change in headlights. Efficient and bright head light in Jeep Patriot is the reason of safe night drive. The only right decision is the bulb of H4 cap type and with base form P43t. The best decision is to purchase for Jeep Patriot 2.4 efficient up-to-date bulbs of reliable producers.

Don’t try to take headlight in Patriot to pieces – holder in 2.0 motor cars is easily relieved. But power of 60/55 W is just optimal feature, real light of 12 V lamp may be much stronger. The needed cap type should be only H4, otherwise Jeep made in 2012 won’t take the bulb. And remember that it’s not easy for 2009 Patriot owners to fit the P43t lamp with their own hands.

Provide exactly needed voltage of 12 V and don’t forget nominal power 60/55 W. Take into account all recommendations for 2010 Jeep Patriot and drive safe enough. There is no chance to install in 2007 Jeep any other type than H4 light bulb with P43t base. Caution is needed for Patriot with motor type 2.4 when replacing the light bulb.
