Who is this book for?
The book "DCT Magic" is for ordinary drivers who have no clue about the engineering of things in their cars. I don't delve into technical things in this book, I cover practical and useful topics that you can actually apply when driving a car.
Also, this book is perfect for those who are thinking about buying a car with a DCT. Although the technology obviously has several significant advantages, it's not perfect. A lot of DCT transmissions got serious reports from drivers and aren't considered durable.
In the book, I will tell you about the difference between various types of dual-clutch transmissions, show you how you can check it, what you need to do to avoid breaking it, etc.
I tried to present all the information laconically so that you don't need to google for some terms and use other sources to understand what I'm trying to say.
