White is the most popular color for vehicles in the US. About a quarter of all new cars that are sold now are white. And this is not surprising because these vehicles look cool. They don't need any tuning and modifications, they are very fresh and quite practical, and they don't age as fast in terms of design as a vehicle with some other colors of body paint.

What kinds of bronze wheels should you buy for a white car?
White and bronze colors don't match together pretty well. But it doesn't mean that you can't use a bronze wheel on a white car. The only thing you should remember is that the combination needs a very thorough choice.
For example, you can buy the first bronze wheels that you come across in a rim shop. And it will be a fifty-fifty option that will not necessarily be good for your vehicle. We recommend a more thorough selection of the rims.
For example, if you are shopping online, you can use the pictures of the rims and put them over the picture of your vehicle. If you are shopping in a rim store in your town, you can just take one rim and put it near your car to understand if they match together.
Here's what we recommend:
- don't use shiny bronze wheels with a white car - they don't usually look good;
- choose a matte color and any type of rims with big or thin spokes;
- pay attention to the bolts or nuts - they should also be bronze, not silver or black;
- the best option is a single-color rim, don't use wheels with two different colors on a white vehicle;
- choosing between a dark-bronze and light-bronze, better get the light-bronze options.
But of course, all these recommendations are not that important if you love a certain type of rims and how they look on your car. Have you found something that suits your car perfectly? Then don't care about recommendations and just get the rims.
Be careful with the size. The rims should be exactly the size that your vehicle needs. Playing with the size and offset of the rims is not a good idea.
How to make bronze rims look better on a white car?
We've seen a couple of matte white cars with matte bronze wheels and those are our favorites. But we doubt if a lot of people will want to do something with their car paint in order to make the vehicle look better with some rims.
So, the easiest recommendation is to not include any other accessories in bronze color. We've already told you that the bronze color doesn't match perfectly with white. So if you use just bronze wheels, these parts will not have direct contact with your vehicle's white body. But if you use any kind of accessories, these two colors will be in contact with each other.
What you can do is use some bronze accessories inside of your vehicle. For example, you may try it with some bronze stickers, plastic parts, additional accessories like phone holders, etc.
Even if you make a bronze grille or bronze door handle covers, you may get in trouble. This color will look excessive and your great white car will turn into a poor-looking vehicle.
What white cars look better with bronze rims?
Well, we've seen different white vehicles with bronze rims including sedans, hatchbacks, and SUVs. We've seen some trucks, but those don't really look cool. Also, we've not seen many big SUVs with this kind of color combination.
You'll get the best result after you install bronze rims on a white sports sedan or hot hatch. This combination doesn't look aggressive, but somehow it suits better exactly the aggressive and sporty vehicles.
Final words
If you like the appearance of bronze rims on a white car, you can try this combination. Choose one of two possible ways: painting your rims or buying new wheels. We would go for buying because this way you get the industrially painted wheels with the design you love. Also, if you hate the result of your tuning, you may just sell the new wheels and get back to the OEM rims easily.
