There are some conditions in servicing cooling module at Mazda CX-7. Make sure you service system at Mazda with installed 2.2 engine correctly. It’s better to choose fluid in combination of 2007 year, 2.3 volume of motor and engine code of L3-VDT. Otherwise CX-7 made in 2008 won’t serve you long enough. It’s important to use 9 liters of coolant which has Red color.

  • So, it’s a dye stuff, and the one important thing for 2.3 motors is to keep the amount of liquid at 9 liters.

  • Earlier the color of antifreeze was important for 2010 Mazda CX-7 drivers to predict structure.

  • In Red type of liquid was a lot of toxic fluid, but now you still use it in motors with L3-VDT engines.

Produced in 2011 the 2.2 engine in CX-7 model will serve longer by this. So, don’t choose different from Red coolant and obey the number of 9 liters. There is an important thing for L3-VDT engines of Mazda’s production – they expect good service. So better use Mazda’s advice for servicing 2010 CX-7.
