What Does AVS Mean In A Car?

AVS in a car means Adaptive Variable Suspension. This is the kind of suspension system found in some cars. It has many different modes to adjust how your car handles when you drive it. The suspension can be automatically adjusted to the road type, driving habits and style, and also to speed.

The advantages of having this sort of system in your car are obvious. You can adjust the suspension's stiffness (which affects ground clearance) to make it easier for you when traveling off-road. Or else, you may want to have a softer suspension if the road is bumpy or crooked.

In addition to all this, AVS can also be adjusted from inside the car using buttons on the steering wheel or dashboard touch screens. In automatic mode, it will change its stiffness depending on speed and/or road condition. If you want, you can also change the suspension stiffness by yourself in manual mode to suit your tastes and/or driving conditions.
