Also, visual control will be a good thing to do. Investigate the frame, look at the engine. If you see obvious damages, oil leaks or other problems, it's a good reason to check another motorcycle and refuse buying this one.
Road accidents with crotch rockets are sometimes not registered as they don't involve any other parties but the motorcycle driver. So, officially the bike can be clean, but you'll need to look at its condition rather than on clean titles and reports.
